As simple as it may seem, it's important to know how to properly log out of Foundry. Clicking the X in the upper right hand corner of your browser doesn't ensure that you're properly logged out, and can potentially prevent others from being able to log in.

To logout of any application within the Foundry Platform, click the user icon in the upper right hand corner and choose Logout.

Additional notes for Transaction Manager users:

For customers utilizing the legacy Silverlight version of Transaction Manager, click File in the upper left hand corner and choose Logout.

If you receive the error below, this means you’ve hit your max amount of users that can be logged in. This is a common error and tends to happen when users click the X on the browser rather than logout, which doesn't actually end their Transaction Manager session.
