To start, click the Help Icon, select Guided Tutorials, and search for the “Create a Transaction from Scratch” tutorial!

To create a transaction manually:

Navigate to your Outbox. Click Actions in the Action Bar and click New. If you have multiple EDI IDs, you’ll need to select which profile the transaction is for. Select the Trading Partner and the transaction you’ll need to create. Click OK. The transaction will open immediately. Proceed with filling out any information.

Note: If you’re creating a transaction that requires you to add additional items, locate the Add function in the Action Bar (example below).
