Issue: After installing the TrueCommerce Add-on in SAP Business One, the TrueCommerce tab on Delivery documents displays fields that appear cutoff or overlapping, preventing you from seeing how those fields are populated.
Reason: The panel layout of the TrueCommerce tab is controlled by the DPaneLID value within the TRC_CONFIGVALUES User Defined Window in SAP Business One. When this value is not aligned with the current screen or layout configuration, it causes the fields to render incorrectly.
Solution - Adjust the DPaneLID Value
Navigate: Tools → User Defined Windows → scroll down to TRC_CONFIGVALUES
Locate: the DPaneLID field
Update: Increase the value by 1 or 2 integers
Select: Update
Restart: SAP Business One.
If the fields are still cutoff or overlapping after restarting, continue increasing the DPaneLID value by 1 and restarting the Add-on each time until the layout resolves.
If a value of 25 is reached and the issue is still not resolved, contact a TrueCommerce representative for additional troubleshooting.
