EDI IDs

Mid-States Distributing utilizes the following Electronic Data Interface (EDI) IDs for identification purposes. These EDI IDs are made up of a Qualifier and an ID which will be sent within their Interchange Control Header, ISA segment, on your inbound transactions. This allows Transaction Manager to be able to identify the Sender and Receiver of any EDI transaction that is sent or received.

Below is a list of the most common EDI IDs typically used by Mid-States Distributing:

Preliminary Steps

Mid-States Distributing vendors must reach out to the EDI Coordinator at Mid-States Distributing directly ([email protected]) and will need to provide the below details. Once this is sent, Mid-States will coordinate with the testing portal, York, in order for the testing phase to begin.

Portal Testing

Mid-States Distributing requires you to complete compliance testing before Go-Live utilizing the York testing portal. Mid-States Distributing vendors must register for testing with the York team in order to gain access to the portal. Please be sure to share your username and password for the York portal with your Implementation Specialist.
