All outbound mailboxes within the EDI module use various export processes for sending EDI documents to a Trading Partner from Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.

Navigate: EDI module

Select: the Export mailbox for the EDI document you want to send

Select the unprocessed document(s) and:

Click: Export or Batch Export

To re-export a document that has already been completed and needs to be re-sent to your Trading Partner:

Select: the completed document

Navigate: Tools → Reset message

Click: Export or Batch export
