DiCentral Compliance Portal Registration Guide

This implementation guide outlines the key steps the customer will take to successfully register for the DiCentral Compliance Portal and prepare for compliance testing.

EDI IDs


The Trading Partner will expect a specific EDI ID based on your business relationship with them.

Selecting the wrong EDI ID will result in EDI Transactions not being sent or received.

You will need to work with your Trading Partner to determine the proper EDI ID to use.


Step 1 - Access the DiCentral Compliance Registration Portal



Step 2 - Review the Pre-Registration Information


  • Review compliance testing information, schedule details, and mapping specifications.

  • Select Register to Test, when ready.


Step 3 - Accept the Service Agreement


  • Review the agreement.

  • Select acknowledgements and click Continue.


Step 4 – Complete Registration Details


  • Complete all required company, EDI, contact, and account information.

  • Verify accuracy and select Continue.


Step 5 – Review and Submit Service Confirmation


  • Review registration details.

  • Select the Prepaid option and enter the provided prepaid code.

  • Click Submit.


Step 6 – Registration Completion & Portal Access


  • Your testing account will be created.

  • A Welcome Letter with login credentials will be emailed.

  • Log in using the credentials provided.
