This session demonstrates how to efficiently locate and manage EDI transactions in Transaction Manager using various built‑in search tools. It covers quick search, column filtering, and global search to find documents across inboxes and mailboxes, including related transactions such as POs, ASNs, invoices, and acknowledgements. Additional topics include in‑transaction searching (segment and data search), how to identify and troubleshoot rejected transactions, and how to restore archived transactions older than six months.

Users are also shown how the Account Management Portal (AMP) can be used to search transaction history, view and download 997s, and resend or recreate acknowledgements, to quickly investigate issues and maintain transaction visibility.
