Wondering where you can view the IDs and Available Documents that your trading partner uses within the TrueCommerce Add-Ons Portal?
Start by navigating via the Foundry platform Menu > Account Management > Buy Add-Ons, then use the Search field to perform your search (See also the Add-On Portal Search and Add-On Portal Search Results help articles to read about how to get to your preferred product details page).
On the product details page, you will see details about the trading partner, including, but not limited to Trading Partner Qualifiers/IDs used to trade with the specific partner (within the gray box under Setup Fee). You should have been given specific IDs to use by your trading partner ahead of establishing your EDI connectivity.
NOTE: Confirm that you can match the ID provided with your Trading Partner to the IDs on the Trading Partner page.
Under the Information tab, the shipping labels and packing slips details, if applicable, are available for the trading partner you selected.
Under the Available Documents tab, the details of all documents currently mapped and readily supported in your TrueCommerce solution are available.
The Add To Cart button provides you with the ability to add the selected trading partner to your shopping cart. Once selected, if any additional details are needed to onboard the trading partner, a Trading Partner Information form will display for you to enter the necessary information to allow your new Add-On project to be initiated without delay.
To access your shopping cart, click the cart icon in the upper-right corner of the page.
