Upon successful launch of the Add-On portal from the Account Management > Buy Add-Ons feature within the TrueCommerce Foundry platform Menu, you will note that a Search field is available in the upper-right of the page.
We recommend entering the Trading Partner ID (for example, ISA05 on Purchase Order mapping specifications) as the ideal method for performing your search. This is the ID your trading partner has indicated for you to trade against.
You can also search by Trading Partner Name.
IMPORTANT: Be aware that many trading partners will have multiple results based on their name, as they can have several different trade accounts due to different divisions and localities.
Type in the Trading Partner ID (without the qualifier) or the Trading Partner Name, then click the magnifying glass button on the far right of the search field or press the Enter (Return) key on your computer keyboard to view the results list.
