Product: SAP Business One

Configuring Transaction Manager with your SAP Business One system requires a few basic sets to ensure connectivity to both your SAP Business One platform as well as the SQL Server.

This configuration is for a DI API setup.

You will need a System Administrator who has access to your SQL Server credentials for this configuration

Transaction Manager

SQL Server

You'll want to configure Transaction Manager in the same manner that your SAP Business One company.

Navigate: Administration → Choose Company

Configuring Transaction Manager

Navigate: Business System → (Company) → Company Configuration → Integration Options

Server: Your SQL Server Instance

SqlType: Your SQL Server Instance Version

User: SQL User (SA Recommended)

Password: SQL User password

TrueCommerce recommends the use of the SA User to ensure Permissions are fully elevated

Failure to use the SA User may result in inability for integration to write/read data

SAP User

You will also want to configure an SAP User that has Indirect Access in order to allow Transaction Manager to operate under that user automatically.

Enabling Indirect Usage

You can enable the Indirect Access within the SAP License Setup for the user you wish Transaction Manager to utilize

Navigate: Administration → License → License Administration

Enable: SAP Business One Indirect User Access
