If you're utilizing our Framework Integration for SAP then you'll need to be sure to have the DI API installed in order for the TrueCommerce extension to work properly.
The TrueCommerce Extension utilizes both the 32-bit as well as the 64-bit DI API - so if you're on SAP10 or higher - you'll need to have both installed. For SAP 9.x and lower - you only need the 32-bit API.

Installing the DI API
The installation files can typically be found within your SAP Installation folder - however TrueCommerce is unable to assist in configuring your DI API as it is not apart of the TrueCommerce application.
If your machine is missing the DI API needed (be it 32-bit or 64-bit) you'll need to contact your Systems Administrator to get the installation performed.
