The Addresses tool in the Trading Partner Setup wizard is where you can complete the address information that is to be associated with the location codes used in your business system. This table can also be found in your main Transaction Manager Address List.


Key Features


The following table provides the names of the buttons in the Addresses Action bar along with their descriptions.

Button

Description

Sync

Links items in the table to the address list within your ERP (direct connection required).

Clear

Permanently deletes all address records from the table.

Add

Adds a new blank line for entering new address details (manually).

Reset

Resets unsaved changes.

Export

Opens a dialog box for downloading table contents to a Comma-Separated Values (CSV) file.

Import

Opens a dialog box for uploading the contents of a selected CSV file. Ensure that the column format in your CSV file exactly match the columns in your table.

Save

Commits your changes.


Common Usage


You can make changes to individual addresses by selecting a record to make it editable. For managing large numbers of address records, maintain this table in a spreadsheet application (like Excel) and import your changes via CSV file.
