You may need to republish your Web Service from time to time after making changes to specific transactions within Sage X3 so that the system can be refreshed with the latest changes - allowing Transaction Manager to properly interact with those transactions as intended.
Locating the Web Services
You can access your Web Services under the Development menu
Navigate: Development β (Scripts) β Web Services
Web Services Listing
You will see a list of all your Web Services on the left-hand filter window. Transaction Manager utilizes Web Services pre-fixed with the XX4S annotation. You can filter the Web Services by entering "XX4S" into the Publication filter column
If you're on Sage X3 V11 Patch 12 or older - the system will be using the XJB prefixed Web Services
Identifying the Correct Web Service
While changes made to your Sage X3 environment are outside of the scope of TrueCommerce - and as such you'll need to speak to your System Admin or VAR regarding the changes made and which Web Services may be affected below are the three most common services that need restarted based on modifications their intended transactions

Republishing
Once you've selected the correct Web Service that you need to republish - you'll be able to republish it by selecting the Publication button.

Select: Publication
Publishing
You'll be presented with a Green circular throbber indicating the system is publishing your Web Service.
Publication Complete
One the Publication has completed - you will see the Published On field under the Information group update indicating the latest publication.
Any failure to Publish a Web Service must be resolved through your System Admin or VAR - TrueCommerce is unable to resolve publication issues as it is outside of the TrueCommerce Support contract
