You may need to republish your Web Service from time to time after making changes to specific transactions within Sage X3 so that the system can be refreshed with the latest changes - allowing Transaction Manager to properly interact with those transactions as intended.

Locating the Web Services

You can access your Web Services under the Development menu

Navigate: Development β†’ (Scripts) β†’ Web Services

You will see a list of all your Web Services on the left-hand filter window. Transaction Manager utilizes Web Services pre-fixed with the XX4S annotation. You can filter the Web Services by entering "XX4S" into the Publication filter column

If you're on Sage X3 V11 Patch 12 or older - the system will be using the XJB prefixed Web Services
