Transaction Manager utilizes Item Saved Searches for its Inventory Inquiry/Report (846) to pull item information to be sent to the Trading Partner.

If you're looking to pull a Custom Field that contains a formula calculation into the Inventory Report within Transaction Manager you'll need to configure your field to not save the values so that when the integrations pulls the field it is available to calculate at the time of the import request.

Configuring the Custom Field

You'll need to configure your Custom Item Field to not store the values, and to show in the list in order for it to be available for the Transaction Manager integrations during an Inventory Report import.

Navigate: Customization → Lists, Records, & Fields → Item Fields

Select: Your Custom Field

Uncheck: STORE VALUE

Check: SHOW IN LIST

Adding the Formula to the Item Saved Search

Once your field is configured and saved - you'll then need to add it to the Item Saved Search you're planning to utilize for your Inventory Report import from within Transaction Manager

Navigate: Reports → Saved Searches → All Saved Searches → Edit (Saved Search)

Adding the Field

Navigate: Results Tab

Add: Your Custom Field

Preview Results

Your Item Saved Search should now be ready to be used with Transaction Manager - however you can preview the results within NetSuite to ensure you get the information your formula was calculating.

You can test your Item Saved Search using the Preview button to ensure that the data is correct and showing.

Select: Preview
