NetSuite - Updating the TrueCommerce EDI Bundle

If you're looking to update your TrueCommerce Integration for NetSuite to the latest version then you can use the built in Update Bundle option which will automatically

You Will Need to be Logged in as an Administrator to continue


Locating the Bundle


Locating the TrueCommerce Bundle


Any of your Customizations to NetSuite will be listed under the SuiteBundler section of the Customization tab - you can locate the TrueCommerce EDI for NetSuite bundle by opening the bundle list.

List Navigation

To open a list of all your customizations - you'll want to navigate and open up the Bundles → List.

Navigate: Customization → SuiteBundler → Search & Install Bundles → List

If the Customization is not present - you do not have permissions to make the neccesary changes and will need to get an Adminstrator involved.

Update Option

You'll want to look for the TrueCommerce EDI for NetSuite bundle, where you can then use the Action icon to select Update by hovering over the icon.

Select: Action → Update

some older versions of the bundle were labeled as "HJ EDI"


Updating the Bundle


Once the TrueCommerce EDI for NetSuite bundle is selected for updating - you will be brought to the Preview screen where you can see change information, as well as versioning information regarding the version you're currently on and which version you'll be updating to.

Update Bundle

You will simply need to select the Update Bundle option to begin the process

Select: Update Bundle

Select: OK (if prompted)

Processing

After selecting the Update Bundle option you will see that the TrueCommerce EDI for NetSuite will have its Status switched to "Pending..." until it's been processed fully.

Finished


Once the Bundle update has been completed you will see the Status of the bundle be marked with a green checkmark, and you will be on the latest version of the TrueCommerce Integration.
