To ensure that you are signing into the correct Foundry account, read on!
NOTE: For information on locating your Foundry Tenant or Profile ID, click here. If you cannot log in to Foundry because you do not know your Tenant ID, contact TrueCommerce Support Services.
To log in to Foundry, enter your User Name and Password on its Sign In page, then click Advanced View below the Password field.
When the Advanced View expands, enter the Tenant ID for either the Test or Production environment (as they will be different), then click the Login button.
