TrueCommerce will be retiring the legacy Customer Center Portal in April 2022. The Customer Center has been replaced with the Account Management Portal. This new portal has been published and used by our customers since 2021. However, if you need a quick refresher on the new portal, check out more here on how to access.

With the retirement of our legacy Customer Center platform, users will be be directed to login via the TrueCommerce Foundry Login page (screenshot below). If you have multiple accounts with TrueCommerce, users will be prompted for their account (tenant) ID.

You will need to make note of your tenant ID in order to properly log into Foundry, especially if you have multiple account (tenant) IDs.
