Product: NetSuite

Whenever you want to connect NetSuite and Transaction Manager you'll need to have NetSuite grant permissions to Transaction Manager to perform operations through what is known as Token Authentication - this process involves generating a Token ID and a Token Secret which is a one-use randomly generated number that's meant to be used specifically with Transaction Manager and your NetSuite account only, that can be revoked at any time if you no longer wish to have Transaction Manager access your NetSuite system.

This allows a safe and secure connection between Transaction Manager and NetSuite that does not require use of any one person providing user login information.

NetSuite

In order for Transaction Manager to have the ability to interact with NetSuite, you'll first need to gather your Account ID, and generate a Token ID along with a Token Secret.

Note: In order to generate the token/secret, you will need to be logged in as an Administrator. If you do not access, please contact your System Administrator.

Navigate: Setup → Integration → SOAP Web Services Preferences

Token ID & Secret

Navigate: (Home) → (Settings) → Manage Access Tokens

Be sure to copy the ID and Secret from this page, it will be used with Transaction Manager (see below) - NetSuite does not allow viewing of these once you've left this initial page.
