If you wat to be able to take DTM (date) data from your Trading Partner and use it to populate some of the various fields within Dynamics GP when processing your Sales Order you'll need to first configure the Date Qualifiers section in order to properly point those DTMs from the Partner to the proper fields in GP.

If you're looking to have dates from Transaction Manager pushed to your Dynamics GP for your inbound Purchase Orders (850) you'll need to make sure you setup the DTMs to export by configuring your Default options with the proper codes

Navigate: Trading Partners → (Partner) → Translations → Defaults

Fill: The Export DTM section with any DTM from your Trading Partner you wish to have pushed out (separate multiple with a comma)

If you have access to Mapping Manager you'll want to make sure that your DTM row is also mapped to the correct spot for your Trading Partner

Purchase Order Date

An exception being the Purchase Order Date - you do not need to set the DTM for this - instead you'll want to simply map the Date field within the BEG row

Navigate: TrueCommerce Main → Customer → (Profile ID) → Date Qualifiers

Pushes one of the following options to the Order Date within the Sales Date Entry

Purchase Order: Pulls from the BEG05 (BEG → Date) field

System Date: Uses the date of import

Pushes one of the following options to the Date field within the Sales Entry

Purchase Order: Pulls from the BEG05 (BEG → Date) field

System Date: Uses the date of import

Quote Date

Populates the Quote Date within the Sales Date Entry.

Fill out the DTM01 Qualifier being passed by the Trading Partner to allow the system to pickup the DTM02 field associated

Requested Date

Populates the Requested Ship Date within the Sales Date Entry.

Fill out the DTM01 Qualifier being passed by the Trading Partner to allow the system to pickup the DTM02 field associated

Alter Date

Can Add (Increment) or Subtract (Decrement) X amount of days if selected

Quote-Sent Date

Populates the Quote Sent Date field within the User-Defined Fields Entry

Fill out the DTM01 Qualifier being passed by the Trading Partner to allow the system to pickup the DTM02 field associated

Date Field 2

Populates the Date Field 2 field within the User-Defined Fields Entry

Fill out the DTM01 Qualifier being passed by the Trading Partner to allow the system to pickup the DTM02 field associated
