Before you begin - your Trading Partner will need to send you an updated certificate (.cer) file for you to apply

Navigate: Trading Partner → Mailbox → Certificates

Uncheck: Use encryption certificate (if checked)

Select: Browse under the Trading Partner's Certificates - Encryption Certificate section

Import: Partner .cer file by selecting Import

Navigate: Find your .cer provided by your Trading Partner

Repeat: for Signing Certificate selection (should auto-update on check)

Check: Use Encryption Certificate

Once completed you should be able to send/receive with your Trading Partner as normal
