At times whenever you upgrade Fishbowls, the format/schema used for the CSV file generated by TrueCommerce to be imported into the system gets updated, or modified - resulting in the file that TrueCommerce produces to be incorrect.
By providing us with the Template for your latest version of Fishbowls - our team can update the CSV file to match the new schema Fishbowl wishes to see.
Getting the Sales Order Template
The easier way to get the template, is to open up your Import option within Fishbowl and select the Export Template button.
Navigate: File → Import → Sales Order → Export Template (prepare tab)
