Product: Total Reports

Whenever you make changes to your report - the system only has those settings pending within the UI of Total Reports. To save those changes to your appropriate system, you'll need to Export to XML in order for the system to be able to read the changes for each machine.

Exporting the XML

Select: Right Click Your Report โ†’ Export To XML...

You'll then be prompted with a window to save the XML configuration from there - you'll want to navigate to your Dynamics GP installation folder

Navigate: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics\GPxxx\vSync\Reporting\Configs

Save/Select: Your XML file based on the naming convention below

Naming Convention

Your Report/Audit has a specific naming convention based on what type of document you're attempting to do - it'll always be the name of the report type + GP- + company database name
