Error: Item Not Found or Already Updated for item number: xxxxx, site: xxxxx

Issue: Whenever importing a Warehouse Shipping Advice (945) into Dynamics GP through the Warehouse (WHS) module you receive the error stating the item was not found or already updated

Reason 1: The Sales Entry being referenced does not have the item code listed in the error message (check that the item code is okay)

Reason 2: The Inventory Site does not have the item listed assigned to it

Reason 3: The Item exists on the Sales Order, but Qty Fulfilled is already maxed out

The Fix: You'll need to validate your Item exists on the Sales Entry, and has open quantity that is available to be fulfilled based on the Site being passed in
