Transaction Manager: How Do I Delete Cartons (Packs) in an ASN?

This article explains how to delete a carton in an ASN.

Product: Transaction Manager

To delete cartons (packs) from an ASN:

  1. Ensure that you are at the Container level under the Shipment Detail tab.

  2. Select the carton (pack) to be deleted (highlighted in green in the example below).

  3. Click Delete > Delete Selected Container via the action bar.

Need to delete multiple cartons at a time? You can hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and select all cartons to be deleted, or you can hold down the Shift key and select a range of cartons to delete.

Note: If you're deleting multiple cartons, they must be in the same Pack and/or Tare level.
