To delete cartons (packs) from an ASN:
Ensure that you are at the Container level under the Shipment Detail tab.
Select the carton (pack) to be deleted (highlighted in green in the example below).
Click Delete > Delete Selected Container via the action bar.
Need to delete multiple cartons at a time? You can hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and select all cartons to be deleted, or you can hold down the Shift key and select a range of cartons to delete.
Note: If you're deleting multiple cartons, they must be in the same Pack and/or Tare level.
