Transaction Manager: How Do I Delete Items in an ASN?

This article explains how to delete an item from a carton in an ASN.

Product: Transaction Manager

To delete item lines from an ASN:

  1. Ensure that you are at the Item level under the Shipment Detail tab.

  2. Select the item to be deleted (highlighted in green in the example below).

  3. Click Delete > Delete Selected Item via the action bar.

Note: If the item is the only item in the carton (pack), it will still show up red. This means you'll need to delete the carton (pack) as well. From the pack level (notice how Pack is now green as it is the selected level), select the carton (pack) that needs to be deleted. Click Delete > Delete Selected Pack on the action bar.
