Product: Transaction Manager
So, you've tried creating a transaction using the Turnaround function in Transaction Manager, but the transaction isn't showing up in your Outbox. Where is it?
Well, what's probably happening is that the transaction isn't Active in the Trading Partner Record. This is a simple fix!
Navigate to the Trading Partner Record in Transaction Manager. In the Action Bar, click Preferences and select Transactions. Under the Active column, make sure the transaction you're trying to create is checked as Active. If there's multiple transactions (i.e. multiple invoices), make sure to select the correct one, especially if there are different versions. Click Save.
