So, you have tried to create a transaction using the Turnaround function in Transaction Manager, but the transaction is not showing up in your Outbox. Where is it?

What is probably happening is that the transaction is not Active in the trading partner record. There is a simple fix.

Select the trading partner from the Trading Partners workspace, and then select Preferences > Transactions from the action bar. Under the Active column, ensure the transaction you are trying to create is indicated as 'Active'.

If there are multiple transactions (i.e., multiple invoices), be sure to select the correct one; especially if there are different versions. Click Save on the action bar to save your changes.
