Here's how to create an Autocoupon, which automatically pops up when a customer arrives in your online store:

Navigate to Coupons in your Order Management System (OMS). Click the blue New button at the top left. Set Autocoupon to Yes, with Priority 1.

Note that auto coupons will only pop up one time per person (you wouldn't want it popping up every time they go to a new page, for example). So clear your cache and cookies between tests as you set it up, and you should see it.

If you are running multiple coupons simultaneously, please read the "?" tooltip next to the auto coupon field carefully to understand more about Priority numbers and Priorities of coupon applications in general.

Set up the balance of the coupon just as you would any other coupon.

For a complete tour of coupon functionality, we recommend that you take the Guided Tutorial called "Coupon Setup Page Tour". (Guided Tutorials are accessed separately from the Support Center in Foundry, through the link to Guided Tutorials in the system navigation. In the legacy standalone version of Nexternal they can be accessed through the Guided Tutorials link in the left navigation.)
