We definitely understand that accidents happen. Maybe you've found yourself in a situation where your Item Catalog has been cleared or deleted inadvertently.
Unfortunately, catalogs are not backed up in Transaction Manager, so if they are cleared, the information is gone!
For this reason, we highly recommend you export and save Item Catalog information to a local file. That way, if something like this happens, you'll have a backup file ready for you to reimport into the table just in case.
