Please be aware that throughout 2021, there will be a slow rollout to the Account Management Portal, which will replace the Customer Center. You can still access and utilize the Customer Center in the meantime. TrueCommerce will formally announce when the Customer Center will be retired. Learn more about AMP here!
To utilize the new Account Management Portal, click the Navigation Menu icon in the upper left hand corner. In the flyout window, click Account Management. Expand Support, and select New Support Case to submit a ticket.
Don't see the Account Management option? Your account may not have access. Check out our article here on how to have your admin grant you access.
Log into the Customer Center by clicking the three person silhouette icon in Foundry or you can log in at customercenter.truecommerce.com. Click Support & Training and then Manage Cases.
