Transaction Manager: Non-Integrated Login Alert

Receiving the error "cannot import under a non-integrated login" means you're set to standard functionality. Read more on what to do.

If you're attempting to perform an import and you receive a message such as:

      Cannot perform framework import under a non-integrated login

This alert is telling you that your specific profile is set to the Standard Functionality configuration, which means you're not enabled to integrated, and you have a local framework integration.

If you need to import or export documents from Transaction Manager for non-cloud based integrations, please navigate to Integration Settings and set it to Advanced Functionality to enable the integration layer under Advanced Integration Service Setting.

Note: Enabling Advanced Functionality means Transaction Manager will look for the Integration Service moving forward in order to import or export documents.  The link provided will explain the details of this service.  However, to summarize, it's a locally installed application that enables the cloud based functionality of TrueCommerce to talk to your local ERP/Business System.
