Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a security measure that requires users to provide two or more verification factors--like a password, security key, and other methods--to gain access to an account or resource. By combining these factors, MFA significantly enhances security compared to using a single password alone.

Amazon requires all vendors that are using the Amazon Marketplace Connector to enable MFA, with action taken to remain in compliance by September 30, 2025. As a trusted partner of Amazon, TrueCommerce is committed to helping you stay compliant with Amazon’s latest security requirements.

This mandated update by Amazon adds an essential layer of protection to your account, as MFA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access and ensures your order management through TrueCommerce continues without interruption.

IMPORTANT: Failure to set up MFA by September 30 may result in disruptions to your ability to manage Amazon orders through TrueCommerce.
