Error: Application_DialogException Please enter "Yes" in Ship and/or Invoice and/or Receive


Issue: When attempting to export out a Warehouse Shipping Advice (945) from Transaction Manager you receive the following error: 'Please enter "Yes" in Ship and/or Invoice and/or Receive'

Reason: A Dialog Box is popping up within Dynamics 365 Business Central requesting that you Ship/Invoice/Receive the Items attempting to be updated on the Sales Order

Solution - Contact your Value Added Reseller (VAR)


The TrueCommerce Extension handles the Posting of the Items to show whether they're Invoiced or Shipped when utilizing the Create Shipment Framework settings within Transaction Manager.

This error usually occurs as a result of another Customization interfering with Transaction Manager's ability to properly post or invoice the Sales Order lines and will need to be investigated by your Value Added Reseller (VAR) or Consultant.
