UTC vs EST Time Zone Issue


Transaction Manager Reports

Date/Time Behavior

Since the March 22 release, Transaction Manager Reports have been pulling data based on the UTC time zone. However, when reports are generated, the information is being displayed in EST, which results in a 4-hour time shift earlier than the expected time.

Due to the time shift, some events may show that they occurred on the previous day, 4-hours earlier than the expected date. Refer to the illustration below. · We are working to resolve this issue. However, please note that the transaction data is correct.

Unexpected Dates

In the following example, the report is expecting to show events from 3/25/2025. However, when the report is generated, note that some transactions show a 3/24/2025 creation date instead (4 hours earlier).
