Issue: When attempting to Print a Label for an outbound Advance Ship Notice (856) you receive the error: 'UCC-128 # XXX, Ship To Type and Label Type were not selected on the ASN before exporting label(s). Please set these values on the main tab of the ASN and re-export the label(s).'

Reason: The Labeling section of your Advance Ship Notice (856) does not have the Ship To Type and Label Type set.

Solution - Manually Set the Ship To Type and Label Type

Each Advance Ship Notice (856) requires the Transaction to be configured properly to ensure that the UCC-128 Label can be printed in accordance with your desired structure.

Open: Your Advance Ship Notice

Navigate: Main tab

Set: Ship To Type & Label Type

Some Transactions may have a 'Use TrueCommerce Label Solution' that must be set to Yes to use the built in label solution
