Product: Transaction Manager & Label Utility

Error: The label list was failed to be retrieved for X transaction(s).

Issue: When attempting to Print a Label for an outbound Advance Ship Notice/Manifest (856) you receive the warning: 'The label list was failed to be retrieved for X transaction(s).'

Reason: The Advance Ship Notice (856) has insufficient data populated within the Transaction itself preventing the label from being properly generated.

Solution - Set the Labeling Dropdowns

Each Advance Ship Notice (856) requires the Transaction to be configured properly to ensure that the UCC-128 Label can be printed in accordance with your desired structure.

Open: Your Advance Ship Notice

Navigate: Main tab

Set: Ship To Type & Label Type

Some Transactions may have a 'Use TrueCommerce Label Solution' that must be set to Yes to use the built in label solution

Solution - Fill in Missing UCC-128 Number

In order to properly generate a UCC-128 Label you will need to ensure that each of your Pallets / Tares within your Advance Ship Notice has to have a UCC-128 filled in.

Open: Advance Ship Notice

Navigate: Shipment Detail tab

Select: Pallet / Tare

Locate: UCC-128 Field

Select: UCC-128 within the blue bar

Note: If your UCC-128 is supposed to be pulled from your Business System or file - then you will need to ensure that the UCC-128 is filled out properly within your system or file
