The Partner to Partner Turnaround feature provides a means for a transaction from one trading partner to generate a transaction for a different trading partner. This feature can be used to send a turnaround transaction to shippers or to a second trading partner.

Partner to Partner turnaround maps are created as part of a customer’s Project using Mapping Manager. These maps can be viewed via the Maps | Partner to Partner Turnaround Maps tab.

NOTE: When the Source and Destination transactions are for different trading partners, creation of integration maps by the TrueCommerce Integration team is necessary. These integration maps translate Source Transaction fields into Destination transaction fields. To request a specific Partner to Partner Turnaround map or maps, contact TrueCommerce Support.
