Inside of the Foundry Platform, the Account Management Portal is your one-stop-shop to submit your support tickets and manage existing tickets.
If you don't already have access to the portal, check out this article on how to ensure your account permissions are enabled.
Within the Account Management Portal, simply expand the menu application within Foundry, expand Account Management, and then expand Support. From here you can submit tickets and manage existing tickets.
Please be aware that throughout 2021, there will be a slow rollout to the Account Management Portal, which will replace the Customer Center. You can still access and utilize the Customer Center in the meantime. TrueCommerce will formally announce when the Customer Center will be retired.
