To set up a thermal label printer we recommend using JNLP. Please watch the following 7-minute video for instructions. Please follow the instructions carefully, as any missed step could prevent the connection.

NOTE: to set up a thermal printer you must have Administrator access to your Nexternal Order Management System (OMS), you must use a PC on which the print drivers have previously been installed, and the printer must be turned on and connected to a computer on your network with a USB cable.
