To mark a transaction as unread, you have to be in the folder in which the transaction is located. Check out this guide for the steps.
Please note that if you're looking for a transaction using the Search function, the "Mark Unread" option will not be available. Once you've found the transaction using the Search function, navigate to the folder where the transaction is located and proceed with marking the transaction as unread.
