Do you have a trading partner, EDI ID, and/or Business System Plugin (BSP) listed that you no longer need or want to see? No problem! You have the capability to hide any partners (Electronic Partner Plugins/EPPs), EDI IDs, or BSPs that you are not currently using in Transaction Manager.
NOTE: Trading partners cannot be removed or disabled, only hidden. If a trading partner still sends transactions, they will hit the TrueCommerce network and you will be billed for kilo-characters. If you no longer want to receive transactions from a specific trading partner, ask them to stop sending them.
Hiding a Trading Partner Plugin
To hide a trading partner plugin:
From the Foundry Menu, select Transaction Manager > Administration > System Configuration.
Under Display Settings on the System Configuration page, check the box to allow the hiding of plugins.
Select a trading partner from the Trading Partners workspace.
Under Trading Partner Plugin, check the box to Hide Trading Partner Plugin.
Click Save to save your changes.
Hiding an EDI ID
You may have multiple EDI IDs that exist inside TrueCommerce for different reasons and with different configurations, where there may be one or more that you no longer utilize.
To hide an EDI ID:
1. From the Foundry Menu, select Transaction Manager > Business System.
On the Business System Setup page, all BSPs, as well as an EDI IDs that exist under your individual BSP breakdowns, will display.
2. Click on the EDI ID that you want to hide.
3. On the Company EDI Setup page that opens, check the Hide Company EDI ID box under the Company EDI ID section.
4. Click Save on the action bar.
The EDI ID will be removed from the list. If you go navigate to Transaction Manager > Trading Partner, any trading partners that resided under that EDI ID will no longer show.
Hiding a BSP
To hide an BSP:
1. From the Foundry Menu, select Transaction Manager > Business System.
On the Business System Setup page, all BSPs will display.
2. Click on the BSP that you want to hide.
3. In the right column under Options, check the Hide BSP box.
4. Click Save on the action bar.
The BSP will be removed from the list.
Unhiding a Trading Partner Plugin, EDI ID, and/or BSP
To unhide everything:
1. From the Foundry Menu, select Transaction Manager > Administration > System Configuration.
2. Under Display Settings on the System Configuration page, uncheck the Allow hiding of Business System Plugins, Company EDI IDs, and Trading Partner Plugins box.
