One of the more commonly encountered errors in Pack & Ship is a pop up saying “No Rates Returned”. This can happen after clicking Ship It. This error comes from not clicking Get Rates.

You'll find the Get Rates button right next to Ship It under the Carriers section!

Keep in mind, the following fields are required for Pack and Ship to work:

  1. A valid Ship To and Ship From address

  2. Package weight and dimensions

  3. Payment terms

  4. Carrier ship method
