To make sure you’re packing and shipping correctly, there are six fields that must be filled out under the Shipping section of Pack and Ship.
These fields are as follows:
A valid Ship To address
A valid Ship From address
Weight
Payment terms
Dimensions
Carrier Ship Method
If any of these fields are missing, the shipment will fail. If you have any questions, contact your assigned Implementation Specialist or TrueCommerce Support!
