Issue: When attempting to import or export documents in GPA, the following error is received: 'Keyword not supported: '<,c,3;2q2i4j;;multipleactiveresultsets'.'

Reason: The sa (System Administrator) password used in the GPA database connection string contains one or more special characters (such as <, ,, or ;) that conflict with connection string parsing. This causes the connection string to be misread, resulting in an unsupported keyword error.

Change the sa password to one that does not contain the special characters shown in the error message (e.g., <, ,, ;). Once the password has been updated, importing and exporting should resume normally.
