This is a follow-up to our first demo that introduced the Foundry self-service portal for adding new trading partners. In this webinar, we discuss the latest portal features, including streamlined partner purchasing, search by partner name or EDI ID, detailed onboarding preparation, upfront setup forms, optional packing-slip and label purchasing, and support for test environments.

It concludes with a Q&A session that addresses what you can purchase through the Buy Add-On portal, the request form for when your trading partner is not listed, and why changes to existing partners, account credits, or unsupported services must still be handled through your TrueCommerce Representative.
