Issue: After upgrading a Dynamics 365 Business Central environment to version 28.3, Transaction Manager receives the following error when attempting to perform operations in Business Central:

'Internal_ServerError Your license does not grant you the following permissions on CodeUnit 6989 Expense Attachment Mgt.: Execute. To view details about your permissions, see the Effective Permissions page.'

Reason: The Business Central version 28.3 update introduced the Expense Agent (Preview) and Expense Agent (Preview) (GB) extensions, which added CodeUnit 6989 to the system. This conflicts with the permissions granted under the TrueCommerce integration license, preventing it from executing the required CodeUnit and causing this error.

Uninstall and remove data for the Expense Agent (Preview) and Expense Agent (Preview) (GB) extensions from within Business Central's Extension Management page.

Navigate: Business Central → Search → Extension Management

Locate: Expense Agent (Preview)

Select: The three-dot menu (⋯) → Uninstall

Enable: Check "Delete Extension Data" before confirming

Repeat: Perform the same steps for Expense Agent (Preview) (GB)

If the error persists after uninstalling the extensions, contact TrueCommerce Support or your Value Added Reseller (VAR) for further assistance.
