IDs

Ascarco - Coupa - cXML utilizes the following IDs for identification purposes. These IDs are made up of an ID which will be sent within the <Identity> segment on the inbound order. This allows Transaction Manager to be able to identify the Sender and Receiver of any cXML transaction that is sent or received.

Below is a list of the most common IDs typically used by Ascarco - Coupa - cXML:

Ascarco - Coupa - cXML will expect a specific ID based on your business relationship with them. Selecting the wrong ID will result in cXML Transactions not being sent or received.

You will need to work with Ascarco - Coupa - cXML to determine the proper ID to use.


Preliminary Steps

Ascarco - Coupa - cXML vendors will need to visit the Coupa site and Register for their connection. Upon registration, an invitation will be received from the Coupa team to create an account on their portal.


Portal Testing

Ascarco - Coupa - cXML requires you to complete compliance testing before Go-Live. Please refer to the below Next Steps section for detailed instructions and expectations. If you prefer, TrueCommerce can conduct and complete compliance testing on your behalf. If so, please provide the following details:

  • URL for the Coupa portal

  • Username for the Coupa portal

  • Password for the Coupa portal
