Product: Acumatica
Issue: When attempting to export a Sales Order from Transaction Manager into Acumatica, the export fails with the following error: 'Create Sales Order failed. Message: An error occurred during processing of the field Alloc. Warehouse value {WarehouseValue} Inter-Branch Transactions feature is disabled.'
Reason: The Warehouse Location mapped on the order is assigned to a branch within Acumatica that requires the Inter-Branch Transactions feature to be enabled. When this feature is not enabled within Acumatica's configuration, any order attempting to allocate to that warehouse location will fail with this error.
Solution - Verify the Ship-To Location
The {WarehouseValue} value in the error message represents the Location ID being sent with the order. First, confirm that the correct location is being exported by checking the Address List within Transaction Manager.
Navigate: Trading Partners → (Partner) → Translations → Address List
Locate: The Ship-To Code being sent on the order
Confirm: The Bus Sys Code maps to the correct Acumatica Location ID
If the location is incorrect, update the mapping to the proper Acumatica Location ID and re-export the order.
Solution - Enable Inter-Branch Transactions in Acumatica
If the location is confirmed correct, the Inter-Branch Transactions feature may need to be enabled within Acumatica's Enable/Disable Features configuration.
Navigate: More Items → System Management→ Enable/Disable Features
Select: Modify
Locate: Advanced Financials → Inter-Branch Transactions
Check: Inter-Branch Transactions
Select: Enable
Note: Some versions of Acumatica may not include this feature. If the location is confirmed correct and this setting is not available in your environment, you will need to reach out to your Acumatica Value Added Reseller (VAR) as this error is related to configurations within Acumatica that are outside of TrueCommerce support scope.
