This session demonstrates how Microsoft Smartsheet is used by TrueCommerce and customers as the primary project management tool for implementation projects. It positions the Smartsheet testing grid as a single source of truth for implementation scope, trading partners, EDI documents, testing priorities, statuses, ownership, and supporting documentation. It further demonstrates how teams can collaborate using real-time updates, comments with @mentions, attachments, reminders, and status tracking to stay aligned throughout the testing and integration process.
