Add-On Implementations - Adding a New Transaction

Product: Transaction Manager

Implementation Type: Add-On

You can add additional EDI Transactions onto an existing Trading Partner that has been previously implemented in order to have a dedicated Implementation Specialist work with you in ensuring that the EDI Transaction is configured, integrated (if applicable), and ensure all Compliance Testing is complete.

Requirements for Add-On

In order to begin a new Add-On Transaction Implementation you will want to be aware of the following requirements:

Inbound Transactions

If you're looking to have an Inbound Transaction added (coming from the Trading Partner into your Transaction Manager Inbox) then Compliance Testing is rarely required.

However you can still continue with an Implementation Project for Integrated Transactions where an Inbound Transaction is to be Exported into your Business System

If the new transaction type is not currently supported by your Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system integration, you may need to discuss enhancement options with your Account Manager.

Compliance Testing

You will need to provide documentation from your Trading Partner indicating that Compliance Testing is required by them prior to going live with the EDI Transaction as Trading Partners that do not require Compliance Testing will not need an Implementation Project.

If Compliance Testing is not required by your Trading Partner - then the EDI Transaction will be handled by our Production Support Team

Additional Support

If you've already begun receiving EDI Transactions from your Trading Partner on an EDI Transaction that was not apart of your original Implementation Project you will want to contact the Production Support Team for assistance.
