Escalation Process

During the Implementation of a new connection, each of your projects will be assigned to an Implementation Specialist who will be the primary point of contact throughout the project. Your Implementation Specialist will manage communication directly with you but if an issue arises or a question needs addressed by TrueCommerce’s Leadership team, your Implementation Specialist will facilitate that communication to help drive to a speedy resolution.

If at any point in the implementation process you are concerned with progress or are unhappy with results, you may seek management intervention. The TrueCommerce management team can be reached by emailing: [email protected]

The Leadership Team will review your issue as quickly as possible and will help to address your concern in a timely manner. Their goal is to address your concerns and resolve any issues to be able to move forward with the implementation as diligently as possible.
